1. What is Fashion Hour’s shipping policy?

We offer free shipping across the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), and delivery usually takes 4-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment until it arrives.


4. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure items are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

You can update your shipping address by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. After the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
